Turn signal recall/fix tach?

Has anyone else received this? Mine have been acting up, especially when I put it on "left turn, Clyde". It will bounce back and forth between left and right. My main question is, when they fix the turn signal, does it fix the tach that seems to be all over the place too? What do they do to fix the signal? I also noticed when I push the odo button, the tach changes!
