Mag-HYTEC
Just wanted to give a giant shout out to support this business. My story: I took delivery of my truck in Feb. 2003 and began buying things I wanted to install. One of the first was a Mag-HYTEC rear dif. cover for the AAM 11.5 rear dif. I don't drive much so I didn't install the dif. cover for a couple of years. I fought a oil leak from the get go. I had read of "fixes" for this problem but had forgotten what they were so I asked Mag-Hytec. I expected a list of things to do and that is how it started out. I gave "Dave" the serial number of my unit (below 200 ) and he said they would send me a new "O" ring seal. I recalled Dave and confrimed this arrangement however Dave told me he had spoken to the "Owner" who authorized a total replacement cover. Dave told me they would ship me the cover and all they asked was that I send them back my old cover.
Customer service like this is VERY hard to find these days and I wanted to give them the credit they deserve. Total cost to me will be the shipping of my old cover.
Very satisfied customer.
