Condensate on headlight inside surface

My left front headlight has condensate on the inside surface. Its pretty well always on the top surface and regularly on the front surface in front of the running light but rarely in front of the headlight. Is this a problem? If it is, any recommendations on how to fix.

I have applied the 3M film to the front surface. Any connection?
