No brights!

Just like it says. When I'm running down the road with the lights and fogs on, if I pull back the stupid thing will keep the brights on for like half a second and then come right back to regular lights and fogs.

I've tried it without the fogs on and it does it too.

Also, if I hold it clicked back for a few seconds, the brights will engage, but then I won't be able to get them to turn off...

Help!
