Fleetguard Fuel Additive

I was on the Cummins Filtration site and I noticed that they are now selling fuel additives. One of them is supposed to reduce soot and improve fuel mileage. Reducing the soot probably means fewer active regen cycles and better fuel mileage. Dodge still says it's not needed but now there's a product directly from Cummins. Here are the links below.
