Good Price on Mega Cabs

I'm in the Metro-Atlanta area. I'm seeing dealers pricing used 2006-07, 5.9, 4wd Mega Cabs around $30k. I'd prefer to keep the mileage around 100k or less. Is that a good price? I guess a few guys here have bought new/used trucks so just looking for an opinion.
