ETH in 2003?

I am fortunate in that the utility company I work for is allowing me to spec out my new company truck. I just came from the local Dodge dealer who claims to have spec'd out a 2003 CTD for me but the printout shows the engine to be an ETH. Does the new H.O Echo retain the same ETH designator? I will also be specing out a 2003 PSD, equipped as closely as possible,it will be interesting to see how close they come in price.
