How long will she work?

Question for those of you planning to keep your new truck for a long time. The standard warranty coverage from the info that was given to me is:

Basic ............................36 month/ 60,000 km = 37283 miles
Major Components....... 84 month/ 115,000 km = 71459 "
Corrosion Perforation...60 month/ 160,000 km = 99422 "
Roadside Assistance.....84 month/ 115,000 km = 71459 "
Engine..........................84 month/ 160,000 km = 99422 "

Are you looking at extended warrantys and if so what kind??
