priced out a 2002 and 2003

Talked to Dave Smiths in Kellog Idaho today and priced out a 2002 and 2003. The spec were as follows on both: 6spd, HO, Long box quadcab, 4x4, power seats, towing mirriors, travel convence package with trip computer, towing package, slt. 2002 price $33,403 minus 3,000 rebates = $30,403.. The 2003 came in at $33,800 with no rebates. I was going to buy the 2002 but may wait until spring and I am sure there will be some incentives for the 2003 which would make the price quite comparable. What to do what to do?
