Redline Brake Actuating systems for livestock trailers

Has anyone put on a Redline vacuum/hydraulic brake system on a 03 DR? There is no vacuum pump on engine. I believe a adapter is needed and external vacuum pump required. 02 BR's had a vacuum pump. Redline tells me I have to change my trailer brake system.
