New HO 48RE

Took delivery of our new 3500 Laramie quad cab s/box srw last Friday. The truck is totally awesome. The 48re shifts very comfortable at part throttle and lets you know when it shifts under full throttle with very firm shifts. After a 250 all highway mile trip, computer showed 18.8 mpg. It is the closest thing to a hot rod with a sports car feel since my 1968 GTX. (Wished I had that car back). That truck will run. Couldn't't be happier. Got a good deal from our dealer with DC and F/bureau rebates included.
I want to thank all the TDR membership for the help and information on our purchase of our new ride. Will keep you informed on how the new truck and the 48re performs.
