cruise controll rattle

I have an 03 HO 6 speed dually. When the cruise is engaged there is a very annoying buzz or rattle that comes from the gas pedal. A little pressure up or down on the pedal makes it go away. Dealer said he could not fix it. Any ideas for a solution?
