New Truck

Well I've finally made up my mind and will buy a new 03 3500 drw laramie with all available options with 4x4 auto.4:10 gears. I will be pulling a 14-15,000# fifth wheel. I've been researching the ford a chevy also,but really like the cummins and the ford is not rated to pull that much. Does anyone know when the 04 come out or when you can order one? Does anyone know of any reason to wait for them. Thanks evewryone for all the help on my towing post.
