A friend of mine is going to buy a 03 here shortly.
I am advising him to purchase one outside of california, as he can get the "HO" package, not the watered down cummins in Ca. ( i'm going by the few posts I read here..)
Has anyone bought a new CTD and registered it in ca ?
Any problems or fines with DMV etc?
last question is; he wants the model with running lights.I know 3500's have them, but I've seen 2500's with them.
Is that a option or a different package etc?
