2004 Dually not available with 3.73?

On the dodge.com web site, I cannot build & price a 2004 Dually with the 3.73 rear end.

Seems the only rear end ratio available for 2004 Dually is the 4.10 (?)

3.73 is possible for a 2004 3500 SRW...

The 3.73 rear end was available for 2003 Dually so I believe this is something new?
