Shocks

I'm looking into installing a 2" leveling kit and adding new shocks all the way around. I've never had aftermarket shocks on my Rams before and was hoping some of you could describe the characteristics of Bilstein vs. Rancho shocks. What characteristics will I notice from these shocks over my stock ones?
