Chains & CD-ROM Repair Man.

In a previous thread someone recommended Napa snow chains. I need chains but want to make sure I have the best/user friendly chains on the market. If anyone has a better recommendation please post. Please, excuse my ignorance I live in AZ.

2nd question. I am thinking about purchasing the repair manual for my '03 3500 on CD-ROM. From what I can tell from the Tech Authority website there is one manual for all ram trucks. If this is the case, I was wondering if anyone out there would like to share the cost of a CD-ROM. I would burn a copy and send you the original. With two people we could save 50%. They run $90 w/o tax or shipping. I figure if 3 or 4 people chip in we could get a manual for $25. Or we could do it the legal way and I could burn copies to share with my friends out of my own generous heart... nudge..nudge..wink..wink.
