RBQ Radio and optional SIRUS install

Well,
I ordered my truck last week

... and now I'm shopping for accessories. My new truck was ordered with the RBQ radio which has the 6 CD changer under the back seat. The SIRUS accessory blurp in the MOPAR accessory catalog said something about not being able to install the SIRUS receiver if the 6 CD changer is currently installed. My question is... is this because the CD changer and the SIRUS receiver use the same mounting location (= easily fixed by me) or is this a deck unit input conflict (IE, the Cd unit and SIRUS use the same inputs .. = not easily fixed by me). Actually.... my plan is to move the 6 CD changer anyway and reposition it under the drivers seat for easy access.
