Gauge pods (once again)
I know this subject has been beat to death but I have a couple of questions. I really like the Quadzilla panel that goes below the heater controls but does it snap in or is it screwed in? Also how about the viewing angle on the guages? I was looking down at the area as I was driving to work and was thinking about trying to mate a pillar pod with this mount. By that I mean cutting the end of the a pillar pods off and mounting them on the flat panel to try and give the gauges a 15-20 degree up angle and a 10-15 degree angle to the driver. I think this can be done I'm just not sure whats the best way to "mend" pieces together. Any suggestions? Also does anyone have an extra 3 gauge pillar mount they'd get rid of cheap? I'd hate to cut up a new one!
