Out-the-door fees

I am going to order a truck tomorrow. The dealership quoted me $561 for out-the-door fees (registration, licensing, title, etc.). This excludes sales tax. Is this fee reasonable? Is there anything I can do to reduce the fee? Like register/license the truck myself?
