Question for ECM hackers.

Some will know that the Viscous coupled fan on the 03's takes instructions from the ECM about the need for engagement; not only that, but the level of engagement.

When I had a Horton fan on the '99 and was towing down long grades I would engage the Fan manually to absorb or give about 30 HP of braking energy as well as other power consumers AC etc.. (It was worth doing)

I'm wondering if anyone has any idea about how to give the fan instructions to engage on the '04?
