Cooper tires for a dually?

Well I sent an email to Cooper tires to determine which way I would go with my new tires. Whether I would look at 19.5 or stay stock. Well I sent them an email and here is the reply:

Dear Doug,

Thank you for your interest in our products!

The Discoverer S/T is currently in production. The Discoverer H/T will be available in June.

Please contact your local Cooper dealer for exact availability.

I have a 2003 Dodge 3500 4x4 DRW. Currently you do not have any tires
available in the stock size 235/80/17. There has been rumors that you are
going to have a tire in load range E available. I am trying to plan on a
new tire purchase and have run Cooper for many years on my other trucks.
I am willing to wait a short time if the introduction of these tires is
coming soon. Can you please give me an idea of what tire model and when
you will be releasing these tires to your dealers.

Thanks

So the million dollar question is anyone's tire dealer know anything about the S/T in that stock size mine doesn't?

---Doug
