Need help! Is this an 2004 or an 2004.5?

I am trying to help my Father In Law get a new CTD. He wants a 2004.5 600. He found a truck and faxed me a sheet on it.
All I can make out on the fax is the following:
The last 8 digits of the VIN are "40165955"?
It was ordered on September 26, 2003 by the dealership.
It has order code ETM 5.9L HO Cummins Turbo Diesel

Is this just a 305/555 2004 truck? Thanks for the help. I need to figure this out soon.
