Diff between 2004.5 2500 and 3500?

I am ordering a new RAM 04.5 Diesel 4X4 LWB and wonder what is the difference in mechanical components beteen the 2500 and single wheel 3500. Also some 3500 standard stuff are options an the 2500..clearance lites are an example. Can anyone enlighten me a bit. Also fill me in on the bennies of a 3500 over 2500.

Currently have a 1997 2500 LWB 4X4 with towing/camper pack, leather power seat, 64K miles and fiberglass cap. This rig gets sold soon to make way for my 2004.5. Interested? ...rrparks@msn.com
