Nead DC Rebate Fulfillment Center Phone # and Contact

I remember reading here about the rebate price protection on ordered trucks about a month back, but I can't find the thread now. Somebody posted the name and phone number of the contact...I could shure use itnow. I ordered in December but still haven't gotten my truck yet. As a result, I missed the 0%/48mos AND $2,500 cash back promotion. From what I read before, DC is supposed to honor the rebates in effect when you order. Can anybody provide assistance?
