Dave, open your fuse/relay box under the hood and find the relay for the fog lights. Pull it out and look underneath the relay at the number 5 and number 3 spades. Make up a jumper wire with some #14 wire(about 2 inches long) and put a blue male push on spade on each end. Install the jumper wire where the #3 and #5 spades of the relay fits into the relay board. Put the relay in your glove box as a spare. Thats it!
