Need opinions and guidance...
At 100000 plus miles on my Ram, a new South Bend Con OFE clutch sitting here ready to be installed, and more engine upgrades planned, I decided it would be a good time to get rid of my potential 5th gear nut problem and go with a re-built NV-4500 and just get it overwith...can't afford the downtime on a home rework.
So, which way to go, Enteprise Engines or Blumenthals as a source for the rebuilt tranny. I have seen both mentioned often, would like to hear any good, bad, or indifferent opinions?
Oh, and should I fill it with Amsoil?
