Tranny Temp Probe...
I did a search of the archives for info on different methods of tranny temp monitoring. Came up with a lot of drill/tap the pan, in line fitting to the cooler, and a couple on some plugs in the transmission. I stumbled across one thread where they mentioned a dipstick sending unit, supposedly purchased from Genos. One person also vaguely described using the sensor from the dipstick probe to monitor the surface temp on the line to the cooler.
Genos apparently doesnt sell this dip stick probe anymore, but I was wondering if anyone had any further insight into these???
