Wix fuel filter?

How are the Wix fuel filters from Napa? I'm would like to change it out this weekend while I have time off, the local Cummins NW is closed during weekends so Napa is my only choice.

Is it a good fuel filter? Also, is it safe to use their oil filters as well?
