ISBe Marine High Flow Head

I noticed on the Cummins website that the 380 hp ISBe marine engine is available. The literature states it is the same base engine that is in the Dodge Ram, but has a higher flow head on it. Anyone consider trying the new head? I wonder how much it is or if it would even mate up to the Dodge intake/exhaust correctly.
