HELP! - Turbo Noise/Clatter -

I have a rattle coming from my turbo that is making me VERY nervous - it is the worst just before full spool and right after I let up on the throttle - It also is very loud (the clatter) maintaining 70 MPH or so - never heard this before and I am a wreck... - I drilled and tapped my exhust manifold for the pyro last night and used PDR boost bolt for SPA boost gauge - maybe boost bolt not all the way in - shavings I didnt catch in the turbO....any help is appreciated!!!
