Twin turbos, Injectors, Chip?

A friend of mine has an 03 3500 4x4 6 speed dually. He wants to put a set of twins on it and some injectors. It has an Edge EZ. Would it be better to stack the EZ with the new edge box or with the TST? What about injectors? Something BIG. Whats out there? I guess we'll be using an HX-40 on top and an HT3B on bottom. He's looking for some thing around 500 hp. Is there much of a difference doing a twin setup on a 3rd gen virsus a 2nd gen? I've done several on those. Just wandering if there are any surprises. I guess I'll use an ATS manifold for a 2nd gen 24 valve. Got the fuel system covered. I appreciate any help or advise.
