Intercooler Boot

On a 2004 what are the intercooler boots made out of? My friend has a bone stock 2004 and the boot thats comes off of the turbo itself is unraviling the stitching and coming apart, is there an aftermarket one that will hold up any better than the stock one? The other three boost are made out of the same matrial as my 96 12v and they look fine.
