Hesitation at 1900rpm

I have a slight hesitation at 1900 thru every gear when shifting. It happens whether the engine is hot or cold on acceleration. It is throwing 4 codes P0234, P0483, P0642, P0107. Any ideas on what could be causing the hesitation. Its a 2003 HO 6 speed with roughly 50,000 miles. No modifications except for the Jake brake that Dodge sells.

Thanks,
Aaron
