Advice needed....

Ok,
So the 04.5 has the dreaded vibration, I can absolutly not take it anymore, have had it in 6 times on this issue, they cannot fix it.

I dont want the truck, so I head to the dealer today to see what they will do to help with a buyback....they say they will take care of me, as this is my 3rd purchase from them..so I trust them...when its all said and done thier taking care of me is to sell me a truck that lists for 40,850 for 38,800 and supposedly pay off the old one for 33k, the same which I owe.

I think im getting screwed, again.

My question, should I go ahead and persue lemon law, or a DC buy back, or just live with this piece of #$%?
