best turbo and injectors for my 04.5 auto?

of course after i change the exhaust..........
i'm looking for opinions on injectors and a new turbo for my 04.5 auto. i want to stay away from the boxes. i only tow light loads(3000lb boat, slide in camper). i'd like drivable power but a hidden rocket when needed! any of you have any good combinations out there? i'm in the process of selling my 99 and it's time to play with this one!!! thanks...james
