Angry Vibration 2004.5

Well it looks like I will be hiring a an attorney!! I have a 2004.5 4wd, automatic, shortbed , quad cab. I have been fighting the vibration and drone problem since it was new. I now have 10,000 miles on it and they (DC) still have not been able to fix it. They have changed drive shafts, reindexed them, balanced tires etc. The last time I took it in the area rep came and put some viration analyser on it. His fix was to install hose clamps around the drive shaft holding weights. These were moved around until the vibration was much less. He states it was at 45 HZ and now it is at 20HZ and anything below 22 is fine. I drove it and it is still there. I took it on a 1300 mile trip and it is very uncomfortable. The vibration in the steering wheel is numbing to my hands. I sent (DC) a letter informing them that I am seeking the lemon law. In Indiana you are required to notify them. They then have 30 days to try and fix it then you can procede with a law suit. Well they got my letter on the 19th of October and I have not heard a word from them. I called yesterday and the customer service rep said the area rep made a note to the file that the problem is fixed as good as it is going to get. So the rep said looks like you need to proceed with the lemon law. I can not believe that they are acting like that. There permanent fix is 2 hose clamps wraped around my drive shaft holding washers!! Needless to say I am proceding with a law suit. It bafoons me that DC refuses to admit they have a product that has a problem and they have no idea how to fix it. They use the ostrich fix. Just stick your head in the mud and ignore what is going on around you? Well I have bought my last DC product.
