Is there a problem with my NV4500 ?

I am having trouble getting the NV4500 in to gear. Specificly 2nd and 3rd are the tough ones. 1st, 4th and 5th are fine. I have the clutch depressed to the floor, and it acts like I've only got the clutch part of the way in, either being hard to get in to gear or actually grinding. It seems to have shown up with this recent colder weather we're having.

I've only owned the truck for 2 1/2 weeks, and this is my first standard tranny. But when I first bought it, it didn't seem to have this problem

Is there some sort of adjustment I can make ??
