Highest EGTs yet

I did a 1/4 mile time today with my PMCR on level 7X7.
Normally I will never run the HP over 6 because the truck will start to stick valves. I did it this one and only time just to see what it would do.
Now I know the Xmonitor has a reputation of being off, but when I went through the tattletale function my EGT recorded 1969*, That is the hottest I have ever seen. I have seen 1800* a couple times, but never in the 1900's.
Just wanted to post that and get some reaction

I guess I should go try to scrape some of the aluminum that used to be my piston out of my tail pipe
