What is the best turbo?

I blew the stock turbo in my 04 cummins over new years weekend. I want to do a twin setup someday, but right now I can't afford it so I want to know what would be the best single setup right now. I have a pusher pump, big fuel line kit, hi-ram intake, tst powermax cr stacked with a bully dog chip, bully dog rfi, and bully dog propane kit. Everything was running fine til I put banks big head actuator on and after that I was building 35psi with the stock turbo. That only lasted about an hour before the turbo blew.

Right now I've been working with Industrial Injection in Salt Lake City on a new turbo setup that they build in house. They say it is very similar to a B1.
