Trouble Code 2609

Ok, it seems our 2005 truck just really likes to have the engine light on.

Let me start at the top.

Truck was bone stock wife was driving it. She goes to leave and it won't crank. We have it towed to the nearest dealer. They had it almost 1 month and could not figure it out. Finally they flew someone in and it was the APP sensor. Why it was so hard to find I will never know, but evidentally it did not leave a code and they had to jump a wire across it just to find that it was bad.

At this point we just needed the truck back, but they said the light was now on and it needed an intake air heater relay? It was code 0541. The wanted to keep it, but it would be a few more days. Well we told them to call us and we would bring it down. Never recieved another call.

We decide to try a different dealer. He gets it out in a couple of hours and sends it to our friends stereo shop.

By the time I got it back it now has the engine light on and 2609 is the code. I have all the SPX Miller stuff but my codes only go to 25xx. I have no earthly idea what this code is? I cannot clear it either?

Is there something else that could be going on with this truck? Supposedly it has a new wiring harness?

Thanks for the help.
