OBD questions

Does anybody know how much an OBD costs that not only tells codes, I can do that w/o the OBD, but I want something so I can do injector kill tests, look at engine RPM and the like. I would like to diagnose this d$#@ idle bounce I have it aggravates the s*^t out of me. I am thinking of just replacing the stupid injectors with better ones. If I have to I will redo the entire fuel delivery system this idle bounce is killing me. Seems like the dang thing idles too slow anyhow, if I look real close at the tach it idles closer to 700 than the 750 mark like about 720, anybody else notice this or am I just too anal. Thanks, Jay
