Oil Filter Relocation

I am looking for suggestions or links to diagrams for placement of an oil filter relocation assembly in a 2004 dodge 2500. It is a duel filter unit and space seems to be at a premium under the hood! Thanks for the help! This is my first post, so if I am in the wrong place, let me know.
