04 with Hammering/ knock at slow speed or idle

I have an '04 with a knock or Hammer noise at idle or low power roll on until under loard. Took it to the dealer and they told me to take the truck out and run it hard.. I did it went awaty for a short period. Now it is back.

Could I possibly have a stuck injector? Suggestions?
