BDPP Crazy Larry Questions

Just got my DL back and I guess I was expecting to have the Extreme as well as the Crazy Larry Program. So, with that said, basically, is there no middle ground now? Assuming Performance Mode was 100HP, now it jumps to 230HP? Wow. Had I known this, I would have left it alone. I liked Extreme on occassion but now I am having second thoughts. Tried to call BD, but it must be lunch time over there.
Anyone here know anything?
