Bomber-lite turbo in Washington State?

Trying to find out info on the modded stock turbo from Pier. Is there a Midwest dealer somewhere? I'll be driving through Ohio and Indiana this weekend and could get a change over but I can't find any info on whos caring the Bomber -lites.
