NV-5600 Filter - Which Side to mount, Up, or Down

Did some searching, and did not find clear answers for the 5600...

Which side does the Eaton filter mount on, driver or passenger?

Does it go top "up", or top "down"?

From what I found, it looks like it should go passenger side - top "up" (preferred), or drivers side - top "down". However, the posts I found (and the instructions from Genos) look like they are meant for the 4500. Is the 5600 different?

Also looks like it is preferred to remove the drivers side PTO because it is easier to clean the bottom of the housing. Will I have to remove both housings if the filter is to go on the passenger side?
