White Smoke on Start-up

Hi Guys,
I was just curious if anyone has experienced any white smoke on start-up after letting there truck sit for a few days. I don't drive mine that much, and when I let is sit for more than 3-4 days, when I start it up, I will get a cloud of white smoke. It clears up immediately, but the first initial firing gives white smoke. Any ideas?
