I was bored and since fedex dropped this off today while I was in bed I figured what the heck lets go outside at 1AM and install it. I must say was a nice mod. No real performance gain and it DOES NOT move the shifter towards the driver any closer than stock.

BD has horrible instructions

, its a good thing I have a bit of mechanical experience with replacing shifters on a manual ( replaced clutch, flywheel, Throwout bearing, and pressure plate on my old 88 mustang using only jackstands)
