05 run like a 06?

I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to make a 05 run like a 03? I have a 05, I have a stage 2 afe intake, aeroturbine, and a rokktech sensor. I checked my millage and I am getting 14.3, and that is all empty miles. Is there any other differences becides the post injection? any way to disable it? Could I use a 03 ecm? or is it just because my truck isn't broke in yet? (2500 miles)?
